The Model 140 provides precise, non-contact, single plane measurement of large range, difficult to measure products including tubing and bar stock. With it’s modular construction, the distance between the scanner and receiver may be altered to suit the installation. The Model 140 acurrately measures:

Provides precise, non-contact, dual plane measurement of small, difficult-to-measure products including fine wire and fiber optics. Equipped with two, long-lasting laser diodes, model 200 accurately measures your products from 0.0012” to 0.25” (0.03-6.35 mm) in size.

These exceptionally reliable and accurate diameter gauges have in-head microprocessors working together for consistent accuracy and lightening speed RS-232 communications to a Beta LaserMike controller, PC or PLC. A five-digit LED display shows diameter position, tolerance setting and configuration variables. There’s also easy-to-use, menu-driven configuring, status indicators and control keys, plus an upper and lower tolerance alarm output. Options and accessories allow you to configure ACCUSCAN systems for your unique applications.
All ACCUSCAN models provide accurate, low drift measurements regardless of position within the measuring gate; higher scan rates for better process monitoring; robust and reliable sealed construction to NEMA4 and IP65 requirements for use in harsh environments.
